l. Dispatch and deliveries of items strictly on receiving of the full payment due.

2. Where customers prefer to arrange their own courier services, Art de Olivia will not carry any risk or losses and/or damages.

3. Art de Olivia allows a strictly 5 day exchange policy from date of delivery of items.

4. No refunds will be permitted. Where applicable a credit will be allowed to your customer account.

5. Art de Olivia will allow exchange of sizes within the 3 day exchange period policy, but the 5 weeks delivery period may apply where stock is limited.
